Galvanized steel dirt trap for entrance mats and gratings
For less maintenance under aluminum profile mats and the possibility of water drainage, you can install the steel galvanized dirt trap as a substructure under aluminum profile mats. The galvanized steel dirt trap is made to your exact dimensions and can be used inside and outside buildings.
As an option, you can install a water drain with the galvanized steel dirt trap. With the galvanized steel dirt trap you can choose at which position a water drain will be installed. From the water drain, in turn, pipes must be planned for connection to the sewer system.
You can design large areas with the galvanized steel dirt trap. We can produce the galvanized steel drain pan in almost any size.
The galvanized steel dirt trap has an installation height of 80 mm and square tubes (30x30x3 mm) are installed at regular intervals of approx. 30 cm in the running direction for the purpose of secure support of the aluminum profile mats.
Installation of galvanized steel dirt trap for entrance mats and gratings
Normally, you will receive the galvanized steel dirt trap directly assembled.
Place the assembled dirt trap in the recessed screed or floor covering. Make sure that the upper edge of the frame is flush with the floor covering. The bed on which the dirt trap rests should have been prepared beforehand and must be absolutely flat and level so that the galvanized steel dirt trap rests properly.
